1. A White Teeth Diet
In order to get spotless, white teeth it is important to stick to a white teeth diet. This basically entails consuming food and drinks that do not stain your teeth. There are certain foods and drinks that are darkening like coffee, colas, and red wine. If you don’t want your teeth to get stained, it is best to brush right after having any of these things.

2. A Toothbrush in Time
Change your toothbrush regularly. Once, in every two or three months you need to get a new toothbrush. Unless your toothbrush is new, you will be spreading bacteria all over your mouth. Your toothbrush should be held at a 45 degree angle against your gum and then it should be moved in a circular motion. Remember not to scrub too hard. It might damage your gums or the enamel of the teeth.

3. Watch Your Tongue
A human tongue is a storehouse of bacteria. It is responsible for bad breath if not cleaned. Scrape your tongue clean every day in order to eliminate the buildup of bacteria.

4. Detergent Foods
There are some foods that actually help clean teeth. Vegetables like carrots and broccoli are some such foods. Popcorn is a good detergent food too.

5. Baking Soda
Brushing your teeth once a week with baking soda is a good way of keeping your teeth white naturally.

6. Brush Twice A Day
Brushing twice a day is important, once after lunch and once before going to bed.

7. Flossy White Teeth
Floss regularly to keep those stubborn food particles out from between your teeth.

8. Nicotine
Smoking is a bad habit. We all know that. What some people don’t know is that smoking is one of the primary causes of yellow and generally discolored teeth.

9. Mouth Wash
Over time, there is germ and bacterial buildup in the mouth. Mouth wash acts as a cleanser for the whole mouth and gums. This anti-bacterial agent is great for keeping your teeth and mouth clean and healthy. Simply use as directed and swish it around in your mouth for one whole minute. Then rinse out your mouth with water. It will help keep your teeth white.
